Director of Technology Strategy
We are looking for：
Possess top-notch technical strategic consulting capabilities and more than 10 years of industry insights in at least one deep technology track such as artificial intelligence, network security, and data analysis
Familiar with the technology commercialization path in cutting-edge fields such as quantum computing, edge intelligence or 6G network architecture
Good at designing CTO/Chief Scientist-level talent solutions for technology companies. Those who have led the establishment of organizational structure for AI unicorns are preferred.
Applicants with a master's degree or above in AI/CS related fields and technical patents or top academic conference papers will receive additional consideration
AI Talent Consultant (Assistant Level)
We expect:
Excellent technical sense：Able to quickly analyze the iteration dynamics of machine learning frameworks and understand the talent distribution of the world's top 20 AI laboratories
Data-driven recruitment capabilities：Proficient in using Python to analyze technology talent maps, and proficient in GitHub/LinkedIn technology talent portrait modeling
Tech Diplomat Traits：Able to communicate with deep learning engineers with ease and explain the value of transformer architecture to CEOs with non-technical backgrounds
